Come to a class and you’ll see! Pilates is for any age or body type. Our sessions provide endless benefits: improved strength, flexibility, mobility, restoration, and mind/body connection leaving you invigorated, energized and ready to take on the day.
All sessions are 50 minutes. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your session begins to check in.
No, Pilates is for any body, age and fitness level. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or need special modifications, please consult your doctor before starting any fitness program and make sure to tell your instructor before your session begins.
Clothing should be comfortable and allow for movement. Also, you’ll need grippy socks to assist with stability on the reformer. If you need a pair, they are available for purchase in the studio. There is water in the studio, but feel free to bring your own water bottle.
Private and duet sessions are held by appointment. Inquire via email at info@hundredpilates.com or speak to your instructor in your next group class!
